Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
At Mimi Art, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Because we offer both digital products and physical products fulfilled by third-party suppliers, our refund and return terms differ by product type.
1. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable items such as printable coloring pages, digital coloring books, planners, templates, and other instant-download files.
All digital product sales are final.
Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Digital downloads
- Printable products
- Instant access files
- PDF or other downloadable content
Exceptions may be made only if:
- You were charged more than once for the same item
- The file is corrupted or will not open
- You did not receive the download due to a verified technical issue on our end
If you have a problem with your digital order, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your customer service email] with your order number and a description of the issue. If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
2. Physical Products
Physical items include products shipped to you by a third-party supplier or fulfillment partner.
We accept return requests for eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging when possible
- You must provide proof of purchase
- The item must not be marked as non-returnable or final sale
3. Non-Returnable Physical Items
The following physical items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened consumable products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked non-returnable on the product page
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your customer service email].
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement
- A refund
- A store credit
5. Return Process for Physical Items

If your return is approved:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law
Returns sent back without approval may not be accepted.
6. Refund Timing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
7. Order Cancellations
Digital items: Orders cannot be canceled once purchase is completed and the file has been delivered.
Physical items: Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once a physical order has been submitted for fulfillment, it may no longer be canceled.
